Shipping Policy – Reza Kari

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through trusted courier services. At this time, international shipping is not available.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 8-10 business days.
    Delivery time after dispatch is:

  • Please note that during sales, promotions, or holidays, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 200 (flat rate nationwide)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and the courier details to track your order online.


5. Delays and Exceptions

Reza Kari is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events

  • Courier delays outside our control

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the package from the courier

  • Notify us immediately at k-shiraz@hotmail.com with your order details

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
