How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

To order as a guest:

. Click on the ‘Cart button’ and proceed to Checkout

. Enter all your required shipping and billing information

. Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method

. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary

How to select my size?

Please check size guide mentioned under each product on website, it’s 99% accurate and please email us at k-shiraz@hotmail.com if you are unable to select which size would fit you, our team will guide you accordingly.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Generally, Our team do a confirmation call or whatsapp message within 24 hours of order placement, kindly keep your number active. If you donot recieve any call leave us an email at k-shiraz@hotmmail.com.

How can I cancel my order?

No cancellation requests are accepted due to any reason once the order is placed and confirmed.

Why my order is cancelled?

Sorry that your order is cancelled but we had to cancel it because we couldn't get in touch with you using any channel of communication.
